Developer Agreement

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to submit games. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to grant the rights below.

2. License Grant

You grant Tiktokgames a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, distribute, promote, and monetize your Games on our platform and affiliated channels.

3. Content Standards

• No sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harmful content
• No content infringing third party intellectual property rights
• No misleading, deceptive, or malicious material
• Respect user privacy and data protection laws

4. Data Collection & Privacy

You agree to collect, process, and store user data only as permitted by applicable laws and our platform policies. You must provide clear privacy disclosures within your Games.

5. Payments & Revenue

Revenue from ads, in app purchases, or other monetization will be shared according to the agreed terms. Payments will be made on a regular schedule after necessary deductions.

6. Termination

Tiktokgames reserves the right to remove or suspend any Games that violate this agreement or harm the user experience, without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tiktokgames is not liable for damages arising from your Games or content. You indemnify Tiktokgames against claims related to your Games.

8. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
